Heat. Cold.
Repeat.
Recovery is part of the training. Both homes have a patio built for heat, cold and compression. Add it to a membership or choose a plan that includes it.
The patio
A room for
the repair.
The patio is an add-on to membership or part of the full access monthly plan. San Diego also lists a week pass with the wellness patio. Ask the gym which option fits your term.
Use heat and cold with judgment. Keep sessions comfortable, hydrate, and get out if you feel dizzy. Recovery tools support training; they do not replace sleep and food.
